Surveying consists of randomly selecting approximately 300 households in the Lincoln Park neighborhood to complete a door-to-door questionnaire.

To what extent is the real estate market working in a way that supports neighborhood stability and improvement?

To what extent do physical conditions in the neighborhood evidence pride and inspire confidence in the future?

How connected are neighbors to each other, and how willing and able to manage day-to-day issues in the neighborhood?
Data collected from the surveys will be used to help ensure resident voices are heard around neighborhood needs and priorities. It will also help create a baseline opinion of what the neighborhood looks like now and evaluate change over time.
