The Wells Fargo Regional Foundation awarded Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District (LPCCD), in partnership with Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC) their $100,000 Neighborhood Planning Grant.
The grant is intended to support the creation of a comprehensive, resident-driven neighborhood-revitalization plan for the Lincoln Park community.
The plan will include an analysis of the neighborhood and describe specific recommendations to improve Lincoln Park’s commercial activities, housing, transportation, public spaces, and land uses.
Furthermore, the plan will help our community attract funding to implement projects and encourage sustainable neighborhood revitalization.
