Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District (LPCCD), in conjunction with Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC), receives a $100,000 grant from the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation to create a resident-driven neighborhood plan.  The plan addresses the needs of the community and calls for in depth input from residents and local stakeholders.
